Current Openings
General Office Help
Year-round roles
Monday–Friday
9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Duties may include: making photocopies, filing, preparing mailings, and scanning documents.
PBJ & Jazz Events
Select Saturdays in November–March
Typically 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Duties may include: greeting guests, set up and tear down, assisting in ticket sales, distributing PBJs and snacks to families, and other duties as assigned by the education team.
Columbus City Schools JazzFest
Saturday, March 7, 2026
Duties may include: greeting guests and performers, setup and tear down, guiding bands to the performance area, and more as designated by the education team.
